Blue Ribbon Barbecue, Inc., values its customers and the organizations that we do business with. We are proud to be able to give back to the community, and its people, for without them we would not be in the position to do so. For us, it's been a longstanding tradition of doing what's right - serving the community the most delicious BBQ around, and paying it forward within our local communities of loyal customers.

Blue Ribbon Gives Back

We try to fulfill as many donation requests as possible. We are partial to helping local schools and non-profits by way of a gift card and do not offer any food sponsorships. To be considered, please email and tell us about your event. We prefer email because it’s fast and eco-friendly. Remember to include your contact information, mailing address and proof of non-profit status in the email.

Please note that while we wish we could help everyone with a cause, it’s just not possible. You will be contacted within 10 days if your request is approved.

Raise Money for your Charitable Organization

Looking to raise money for your charitable organization? Holding a benefit night at Blue Ribbon BBQ is not only fun & easy, but a 20% donation goes back to your group from the sales during your event!

It works like this: your group, organization or school selects an available date. Date(s)* may be selected by calling or emailing our catering department at (617) 244-7427 or On the date(s)* selected, you, your family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, and anyone wanting to show their support to your organization, are invited to our Arlington and/or West Newton restaurant(s) for lunch, dinner or both. Tell everyone you know to simply mention your organization’s name and we will donate 20% of their purchase to your organization. They enjoy a nice meal and we donate to you. Meals may be purchased for dine-in or takeout. No order is too big or too small.

To make this more beneficial to you, we also offer 10% back on all catering orders. Catering orders must be placed within 14 business days from the date of your benefit by calling our catering department. Simply mention your organization, give us the date for your event, place your order and 10% of the sale will be given back to the organization once the order has been delivered.

Once your date has been established, we suggest you email, pass out flyers or use any and all forms of social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and advertising available to you to bring in as many supporters as you possibly can. This program has brought much success to many non-profit organizations and we hope yours will be the next!

*You may set up two dates per year for bigger donations. Benefit nights can be held Monday – Wednesday, 11 AM – 9 PM in one or both restaurant locations. We recommend booking your fundraiser at least two weeks in advance. Fundraising is available only for non-profit, 501(c)3 tax exempt organizations, subject to our approval. Not valid for online orders. Please feel free to email or call anytime to discuss further details or to select a date.
