Basic Catering Info:
We provide a drop-off* catering service.
Everything arrives hot and ready-to-serve in disposable aluminum buffet-style pans, like this:
Each BBQ Meat and side dish are in their own separate pan, like this big green salad:
Pans are typically lined up, buffet-style, and people just dig right in.
Rolls and sauces are on the side and can be used to make sandwiches, if desired.
We do not provide tables, chairs or tents. These should be procured elsewhere.
We can, at a slight cost, provide paper goods, such as plates, napkins, plastic forks, knives, spoons and serving utensils.If you are serving the food over an extended period of time and need to keep it hot for a few hours,
you can purchase wire chafing racks and buffet fuel at any Iparty, Costco, BJ's Wholesale, Stop & Shop:
These should be set up before we arrive, so we can place our pans inside, and you can begin to eat.
We have not, and will never, provide clowns.
*We do, upon occasion, and for an additional cost, arrange for a staff to stay and serve the food. (75 person mininum.)
